Yes it will. It fits any standard Kcup in the market and also the refillable ones.

Is there a reusable cup for using your own coffee grounds that fits this particular coffee maker? If so, which item exactly do I buy?

No, it comes with a water filter but it is not a reusable cup to place your own ground coffee, I thought it did, and purchased it. Now I have to try to find a reusable k cup because mixpresso doesn't seem to have their own either for individual purchase
