How is this different than taking Gaba?

For me, GABA took some time to build up. Nerve Tonic provided immediate relief (5-10 minutes). I carry it as an emergency remedy. So far, it has always worked.

Calms forte has same ingredients plus a few more than nerve tonic so wouldn't they work/be better?

The Calm Forte helps one to sleep that and one takes before bed. The Nerve Tonic helps with anxiety and can be taken any time during the day.
