Broke after warranty expired
I've had this laptop for less than 2 years (writing this review on 10/19/24 and I purchased it on 12/26/22) and the motherboard already needs replaced. I bought it for gamming (which I hadn't had the time to actually do on it) and school. I kept it in great condition. I've never dropped it or spilled anything on it. During my time having this laptop, it had charging and screen problems. I was able to call the Lenovo support to fix it a few times and/or watch YouTube videos but that's ridiculous considering how much I paid to have a good laptop. I spent so much money on it because I saw it as an investment to last me years, but it's not even gotten me through 2. I'm extremely disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
