I got (2) of these to upgrade an HP Pavilion ...

I got (2) of these to upgrade an HP Pavilion M9 laptop from 8GB to 16GB. The specifications are close to the two 4GB modules already in the machine. Using both 8GB modules (recognized by the BIOS), the machine took a long time to boot and it was extremely slow once Windows was running. Even running one 8GB module was slower than running the two 4GB modules.
