Saved my nips. Definitely durable, I would say indestructible as long as you take care of them. Didn't smell. Didn't leak as long as you knew how to use them. Definitely worth the money for how much pain those early days of breastfeeding caused.

I usually don’t leave reviews on Amazon but when I was pregnant I was trying to find good nipple shields that weren’t as expensive as the original silverettes and now that my baby is 6 days old and I’ve been breast feeding I can say I made the right choice with these!! My boy has been cluster feeding the last couple days and I started to notice some nipple soreness. I was wearing these between every feed in the hospital but then started alternating between these & nipple creams once home (when you use these don’t also use nipple cream, just pop them on with a little breast milk). When I started to notice the soreness I tried using lanolin cream thinking it would be better but I was still having pain, popped these guys on between a 4 hour session and my nipple is brand new!! I’ll be wearing them now between every feed from here on out :) they truly work!!
