Large percentage set in the dictionary style for food gout list. A small book that's useful.

Sentences are incomplete throughout the book and in recipes, words not spelled correctly, poorly structured sentences. I had to reread to decipher what the author was trying to say at times.Instructions to mix recipes had ingredients not listed in the measurements. Recipes used bowl measurements instead of cups or teaspoons. How big is the bowl?No references in the book as to the information provided. No publisher listed. Self published? I'm unable to be confident this book provides credible information.

Disappointing
While the premise of this book seems well-intended, the food list isn't extensive enough to really be helpful. Also, their ranking of certain foods is contrary to long standing recommendations by the medical community. One thing is for sure - there is more disagreement than agreement on the topic of purine levels in foods.

This books recipes are not low in purines.
The first part of the book is helpful. The recipes are not and are dangerous for people with gout. Some words are left out. Sentences are not finished. It is like someone doesn't speak English and the translation is wrong. I wish I never bought this booklet.
