A good abs ems, keeps its charge for a long time..

Did not last a year now won’t charge

I've been using this belt to try and tone up my abs for about 3 weeks now and I can definitely feel an overall improvement. My stomach muscles feel a lot tighter. I've also been wearing it to one side to target the obliques as well which are also showing signs of improvement.Obviously, this is going to take commitment to keep the improvements coming, but it's very easy to put on and watch TV as it's shocking your guts over and over.I've used a slendertone in the past, but those require the pads to be changed on a fairly regular basis - which gets expensive. This belt just needs a splash of water on each silicone pad and you're good to go - and it seems to perform just as well.The programs on the device are all pretty much variations of different pulse patterns. It would have been nice if they adjusted and changed during the 20 minute session. It would also be useful if the belt remembered the last used program rather than resetting to program 1 each time.

It's only annoying. Doesn't seem particularly capable. You'b need several sessions with this to feel the same results you'd feel with regular exercise.

Unfortunately the belt is really large and can't be shortened. I'd say anyone under a size 14 uk woman wouldn't be able to use it. Basically if you're body fat is low enough to see abs, this belt won't work.It is also low quality, mine came with a hole in it and one of the pads doesn't work whilst the others have varying degrees of intensity, and it gives electric shocks and randomly turns itself off or changes intensity so injury is possible.I went for this one as it said it was suitable for women and was expensive enough that I mistakenly thought it would be higher quality than the cheap 10-25 pound ones that can have issues like this, but was disappointed.

Early indications are good. Seems to be a well made product. The USB charge works well and the use of simple water spray on the pads gets rid for the news for expensive replacement pads and batteries. The real problem is the total absence of an instruction booklet on the use or different levels and modes. See how it lasts now!!
