These journals are of high quality, excellent price and small enough to carry around easily. Invaluable for jotting notes, references, doing research, and keeping track of projects. A welcome alternative to the digital dependency. There is simply something soothing about writing by hand that these journals help to facilitate.

I bought the dotted. I write the day and the date and proceed with all the stuff I need to know. I look and write in it thru out the day. Good quality and holds up. It has the correct amount of pages, it isn't too thick. You can tear out a page and it holds together. I fold it on the spine, cover to cover and it stays open to one page with my pencil clip. Erases good too. Great notebook.

I wanted a bullet journal that I would use, that I wouldn't be afraid to mark up, and that wouldn't trigger any obsessive perfectionist feelings. There are many people who are creating pinterest-worthy journals, and I didn't want that pressure. As a beginner to bullet journalling, I"m just developing my style and seeing what works for me. These journals are perfection. They lay nice and flat, like a moleskine. They are small, light, portable. The paper is decent and invites being used - suitable ballpoint/gel pen or pencil. Pencil marks erase cleanly. I can't recommend them for felt-tips, though. I tested with my Copic-brand markers, and they bled through completely.

These very inexpensive notebooks have that sturdy kraft paper cover and small size that is just what I was looking for, and the paper is very well behaved with fountain pen ink, which doesn't feather or smear and it barely shows through. Excellent value and excellent buy.

I have been looking for good quality fountain pen friendly paper to use for daily note taking that would not cost me an arm and a leg and this is it. I have tried various nibs’ sizes ranging from 1.5 mm stub to extra fine and none have bled through this paper though some ghosting is noticed. This is somewhat expected for paper this thin. At .07 cents US per sheet I think this is a good bargain. Purchased for $12.98 per pack of 6 at 30 sheets per booklet, that is a total 60 pages or writing surface x (6) = 180 sheets or 360 pages. To be honest, I do not see these being used for journaling. They do not have enough sheets in a booklet to cover a 31-day month, but for general use and note taking this works fine…at least for me. Overall does a great job in my opinion.

I love these super cute minimalist bullet journals! They are the perfect size and the pen I use (pilot G-2 0.38) does not bleed through the pages; however you can see that something has been written on the page before. This doesn’t bother me and I personally prefer the thinness of these pages to the thicker pages of most bullet journals. The pages are also an off-white/yellow color which is easy on the eyes. I love the soft cover and the small number of pages in each book. I also appreciate the fact that when you open the book, it does not put a crease in the cover. The only thing I would say is that I thought the covers would be a darker brown but it’s not a huge issue. Would absolutely recommend!

These notebooks are excellent, especially at a $2 per price point. I bought the blank books. The paper seems to be about a mid-weight and is a nice flat white color. No shine or glare. There was very little bleeding or ghosting. Mildliners, etc. bled through the page a bit if I pressed to firmly. The stitching on the binding is tight and the pages lay flat. No pages flopping over while I'm working. I wouldn't suggest using this notebook for wet paint work, but you could try some dry brush. So far it has been great for writing and pencil sketching. I'll be buying these notebooks again.

Great sketching journal. I use them to practice, I do a small sketch everyday, and these are inexpensive and are good quality.

This is perfect for an amateur or even experienced bullet journalist. Perfect size to carry around. In purse or big bag!
