The 1st time I placed the order, I received an amazing prodict, very soft, light weight and it cleaned very effectively. But the 2nd order I received different material and also it was damaged, broken at the tip. If u get d right product, this broom is the BEST. Amazon should improve packing, the broom comes folded at the tip bcz of shorter packing box.
