bought as a gift for my daughter, took us a few goes to perfect the process. quite hard to push down but if used on the table or floor easy to master. Great quality and solid machine. she's made a few badges so far and as it came with blank discs and plenty she has a lot to get through.

Update: Nice2Have contacted me to address the issue we had with our original order. They were kind and helpful and the issue was promptly addressed. The button maker works great! It's easy and fun. Thank you Nice2Have! Did not have a good experience with this product unfortunately. I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and it just does not work. After watching several videos of people using this model it seems we got a faulty machine. That said, others seem to have had better success.

I just purchased this button maker to make some fun buttons for my Beaver Colony, it was shipped with in a day and everything came neatly packaged. I tried to make 3 buttons and it didn’t work, I than realized that the springs were not lined up on the one side where you load the picture and silver backing so it wouldn’t clamp together making it useless. I contacted customer service on their real time chat and they provided a tutorial to fix my issue. Once fixed 2 of the springs were still bent from not being properly in the holes and the company decided to send me a whole new machine, I was just looking for 2 new springs . Would definitely recommend this button maker from this company, it’s well made and the customer support is amazing.

Cause it doesn’t always work

Works really well. Only gave four stars because ours cracked on the first day of using it. However their customer service team deserves five stars as they handled the situation great and sent us a refund for the damaged product. Despite the crack, it still produces the buttons fine.

I got it for my teenager, she’s obsessed with Anime and her badges were getting expensive. She had success on her first one and she’s made so many more. She’s now started making them for her friends. It’s a cool little gadget to have. My youngest can’t wait to make his own personalised birthday badge. We haven’t tried the bottle openers or magnets yet but if they’re as easy as the badges, I don’t anticipate any problems.
