Large amount of good quality q10. Take daily and believe it makes a big difference to overall health. Bit expensive but q10 is and others of a lesser quality are pricier. This is my go to item now

Finished the tub recently then went on holiday (forgot to order more) for when I got back and I’ve really noticed the difference in energy levels since not having them my energy levels have dipped low. So going to order more the difference I feel taking them is remarkable.

Took these to help male fertility.i now have a wee boy at 18 month couldn't say if it was only down to these cause i took a few other supplements but I would defo say it helped or played a part cause im now in my 40s and he's my first.so if in a similar situation then I would recommend giving them a go with a few other vitamins.

Es perfecto. Pero deje de tomarlo porque lo complemento con frutos secos ya que me quede embarazada y no quisiera pasarme de la dosis de las pastillas de embarazo.
