I just tried this for deep sleep improvement. I am having good sleep but deep sleep quality is not good. However I found the package was broken already, still tried. But not faced any improvement.

I usually take this 30-45 minutes before sleep and it works like a charm. It is not a sure shot solution but definitely puts the tired me to sleep and has helped me with my regular sleepless nights. The dosage is just fine. THE TASTE IS ALSO VERY GOOD.

Does what it is made for in budget. Packaging can be worked upon a bit.These have worked for me so far while other products I have tried gave results which weren't half as good.
