The media could not be loaded. Very sturdy and solid! Easy directions to follow, went together fast. Fireplace has 3 flame settings and a timer. Heat blows out very nicely as well.

The media could not be loaded. Easy of installation, the instructions were spot on!! Will most likely recommend to friends and family. Fits in my living-room, would make a great addition to a master bedroom, easy to use, remote requires to aaa batteries, easy to operate plug in put the batteries in the remote and away you go!!

I like the fact that the instructions were very easy to follow and the fireplace itself is very sturdy. The only thing I don’t like is that it’s much smaller than the picture shown I would have liked to have something that was a little bit larger, especially for the price, but it’ll work for now.

Do NOT buy from this seller!!! I spent hours putting this together - only to end up with something that doesn't work. Parts do not fit correctly, and most necessary holes for screws are missing. The heating unit cannot even be attached and used because the necessary drill holes are missing. The seller has been insulting and does not seem to even tead/understand the concerns with this whole experience.

The media could not be loaded. Love the look and feel of this unit. Knocks the chill off within minutes, heat can be turned off and the pretty flames remain. The easy use of the remote from across the room is a plus. Can’t wait to put up my tree and decorate my mantel.

It’s on the smaller side. But was great for our bedroom. Makes it all warm and cozy! Very well made and sturdy!

It needed assembly on arrival, I put it together in about an hour by myself. It is cheap particle board, so things don't align all that well. It looks ok upon assebmly, much smaller than expected with dimensions. The fireplace insert itself is pretty cheap - the heat barely comes out when it does turn on - but it either flips off or won't even turn on most of the time. You cannot use heat without flames, no thermostat, and no timeer and my small 200 sq foot bedroom was icy. It was purchased both for fashion and funciton but it really doesn't serve either purpose - and now I have to return a 50lb item. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.
