Once installed the water tastes great. We also tested the PH and it's 7.0 so that's great. We have yet to test PPM. It's pretty quiet under the sink and doesn't take up a lot of room. The only reason this didn't get all 5 stars from me is because the install took longer than it should have. I had 1/4 in piping with compression thread in my house and the kit isn't made for that. I had to find an adapter for the adapter it comes with. Now from what I know, the 1/4 in compression I have in my house is fairly uncommon so maybe it won't be an issue for you. The reason I gave it 4/5 stars for install is because one of the piece it comes with that goes inside another piece it comes with didn't fit. I had to drill the hole bigger which scared me I'd ruin it but I didn't. Other than that, this product is great so far.

Despite the other reviews I found this was actually quite easy to install I don't know if my particular setup was just more well matched or not... Better ended up being installed in about 30 minutes and had no problems getting everything turned on and ready to go.

I really liked this system. It was very easy to install, faucet was of decent quality, liked the auto flush, NSF certified. Only reason i returned it was because I got used to the Alkaline fileter from my previous system and it doesn't come with one.

Had multiple issues pairing up the unit either both our house and the faucet we selected (we opted not to use the one that came with it). The piping for our house wasn't the same size as what comes with the unit, and the provided adapter only worked for 1 end of the hookup (from T bracket to sink faucet, not from house supply to T bracket). Luckily, I'd read other reviews prior to purchasing and had noticed that others had said the company worked to help them, so I reached out to Bluevua directly. I emailed at 830p on a weeknight with the problem, and Steve K in their Tech team had a response to me by 10p the same night. Not only did they send another T bracket that would work with our fittings free of charge, he also sent a free replacement filter. Steve was my single point of contact throughout, and emailed me when he saw the part had been delivered to make sure everything was working. Hands down top-notch customer service and a great customer experience. The only other reason I rate the install so low is that we've had a hard time finding conversion parts for our faucet, which made the overall install a pain in the neck, so if you don't want a chrome faucet, proceed with caution.

The media could not be loaded.  Usually I don’t post any reviews, but this product is one of best best I bought from Amazon also the best costumer service I saw in my life. I had small problems with insulation, first of all I needed different size of water adapter and water pipe so I bought from local hardware ( they sent me refund in two days), second, after installation I saw leakage from drain saddle so they sent me replacement in couple days. When I email Bluevua Support, Steve respond me in less than 2 hours, also he respond me during weekend too. If you're gonna install this get ready to go to Lowe's probably a couple times before you get the water line hooked up.. It's like it's made to fit in Europe or some other country other than the US.. Nowhere in the US do we use copper line from the angle stop to the sink we use 3/8 compression and with the adapters included you will not be able to hook this up. You will need to change out the angle stop. You will need constant power underneath the sink to make this work. After seeing all the adapters I had to purchase from Lowe's to make this work and all the potential leaks that you're adding I decided it's not worth it couldn't get it in the Box fast enough to return it.

Installed at our kitchen sink, we have been using this product for over 6 months and it works great. Water tastes much better and feel it is better for out health. As other reviews have mentioned installation was a little cumbersome but I think that would be the case with any unit, not just this one.

This filter was somewhat easy to install. The water does taste good. It takes longer than 6 seconds advertised to fill up a glass. You can also hear the pump working but it’s not obnoxious
