I don’t know why this was rated “excellent condition” when the product came with visible scratches, broken camera hub cover and a charger with frayed outer cable where you can see the inner “blue, black and white” cables. Now in less than 1 month after use, the laptop charger no longer works. Now I’m scared about the laptop. Sigh. Pictures posted are pictures from the very first minute it was delivered.

Brilliant computer, better than I expected. Only thing was the wrist rest area has been covered in a black sticker. I expect this is to cover areas of wear but I would have liked to option of whether to apply this or not myself. Great service and computer otherwise!

I have bought many refurbished electronics from Amazon. This time, the Dell Latitude 7320 was not as expected. Although advertised as in Excellent condition, I could see scratches all around the computer case (except the outer part of the lid). More important, the left click button on the touchpad (or the area where the left click is, since there are no buttons), was making an annoying noise everytime I was using it. Initially I thought that this would be fixed by itself, but it didn't. It was hard to press, and making that noise all the time. The following day, I requested a return and refund from Amazon. Very easy process. My comment is that Amazon needs to be very strict with their resellers. Since a product is advertised as Excellent, it must pass ALL the QUALITY Tests before shipped. I ordered another one, from the same supplier. Hopefully it will meet the standards as Excellent. If not, I will return as well and buy a new one.
