Is there a link between the cooling and the cartridge color?

The color of the cartridge material may differ from white to gray and slightly yellow depending on the batch and conditions it was stored and shipped in but it does not affect its efficiency. It's not a sign of a used/dirty cartridge but a natural color of basalt: we don't use any chemicals, coloring, or bleach to whiten the material. This is to ensure our materials are environmentally friendly. Basalt fiber may leave a small amount of dust on the plastic surface, that's absolutely harmless and you can wipe it with a soft cloth.
