Best addition for protein source
I was looking for more protein source and I found it extremely usefull, please use a measuring equiment becuase the quantity 100 fulfills the hunger in the best way. If you dont have measuring equipment just use 2 daal spoon circular one that we use while making daal its 100 gms

Tastes raw, not good tasting
Maybe healthy, but horrible taste. It tastes like raw rolled oats. I have consumed other brands like Pintola, and it was far better tasting at the same price and nutrition value and it had its oats coated in chocolate, but this one is like raw rolled white oats with sprinkled chicolate powder, and adding milk is washing away the powder, and while eating it tastes crap.
