We’ve replaced all our handles to this warped effect style. I’ve used these on the bathroom doors. Easy enough to install providing there’s alright the hole cut out in the door from previous lock body. May need a chisel to make the whole slightly bigger. You may also need a hacksaw to cut the metal square piece to size. Make sure you measure correctly or the out side escutcheon thing becomes loose

I had to send mine back as there was missing parts apart from that it did look nice and good quality

The look of the item is good. Not thin chrome plate and the items have a good weight to them. However the thumbturn is a nightmare. You would expect to remove grub screw and give it a tap. This was to no avail. I had to swing on it for dear life and i'm pretty strong. See photos above. I messaged the seller who said the same thing above. Remove grub screw give it a light tap. Yeah with a sledge hammer. The square bar must be slightly different widths. The black marker is the way it fitted together nice once i got it apart. Turned it round and it was as no bueno. Could not budge it without force. Damaged the bar and the chrome knob. I could have lived with it after a quick deburr. On to the lock well to make it fit the intended purpose fhe latch needs turning round. You have to take the side plate off. Could not get the spring for the thumbturn back in. Ended up not working after that. There is only a white sticker on the lock, which doesn't help. Not saying all these are faulty, however customers have posted about the thumbturner problems, wished i'd read the reviews. They look good however which is such a shame. All in all the one we rec'd was not fit for purpose. Returned for refund. This is no reflection on the seller however, just sub standard item. Left with no lock, bought the stuff from Screwfix. I buy 99% of stuff off Amazon. Ease of installation, terrible as for ease of use a 1. Not a good experience with this item.

We cannot remove either end of the latch pin. We basically cannot fit it in the door. It is a legal requirement for goods such to be accompanied by a Manual. Is this placed Legally on the market?
