Excellent Product and Service
The product delivery and installation experience was great. The product was delivered on time, and the installation request was automatically placed 24 hrs after delivery. Installation happened the very next day, and the technician called before to get suitable time.I was kept informed throughout.Coming to the product, the product is a bit bulky as compared to the earlier purifier I had but measurements provided on the website are accurate which helps you plan the installation or figure out a place for it.Water quality is excellent and although the TDS levels are lower, the purifier has mineral balancing cartridge which adds back essential minerals to the water.Sound made by the machine is minimal, and I also got a external sediment filter by default from vguard within the box which is a big plus.Overall pretty happy with the product and service from vguard, switched from Eureka Forbes due to their pathetic service quality and arrogant behavior even thought my earlier purifier was still under an AMC.Water tastes amazing and you would feel a difference for sure.

Very poor performance & after sales service
The only positive things was build quality.The performance was very poor and the after sales service was also disappointing.The filtered water had high TDS levels (>400ppm) even after 2 long stretched visits by the service team.The problem was not rectified and hence I returned the product.

V-guard product seems good. Service provided is fast and executives are honest and helpful to resolve the problem.

First impressions after 24hrs of use
High noise level due to a very chatty motor. My previous RO filter from another vendor was silent in comparison.Volume of discharge water is high (again compared to previous unit) Can't imagine wastage this will lead to in it's lifetime. We however harvest this water for plants, moping etc.Design of the water tap is such that it gets in the way of water flow while shutting the leaver carrying accumulated dust from the leaver into clean water being collected. This is unhygienic.
