Great Record Shelf
This is a really nice record shelf at a great price. I was hesitant because it’s particle board but it seems to be very well made. Not too hard to put together either. Holds lots of records, very spacious. I have 300 records in there (counting double albums as two) and still have enough room to flip through them. It’s way easier to find what you want than stuffing them in a shelf side by side. The only thing I did different was to not use the legs and place it on a wheel system instead. I would Not recommend moving it with the legs on once it’s filled with records because of the weight. Highly recommended.

Beautiful cabinet, easy instructions, missing foot
I love the proportions of the display and the fake wood isn't as bad as I was worried about. It's a decent woodgrain. My problem came with the 4th leg not drilled or equipped for screws and the cabinet won't stand with 3 feet. The directions and assembly process was really well designed and directions well thought about. I like Crosby as a company but haven't heard about getting a replacement part. Fingers crossed they respond.

Great addition
I've had it for a year now, still looks great! Holds all my albums. Adding some kind of lights to the lower section would be a great addition. It can be a little hard to see the lower selections.

Great for actually seeing your albums!!!!
Exactly what I wanted to be able to display my husband’s collection of approximately 850 albums - had to get one extra album display rack. Having them facing forward where they can actually be seen is awesome!!!

Nice but large scratch on it
I have been looking at this storage system for several months and finally purchased it. I was so excited to unbox it and put it in my room however there is a large 5 inch scratch in a very noticeable spot right on the side. The most frustrating part is that I now have to repackage it and get it shipped back. Talk about a pain. Don’t recommend

Best thing around for the price
Pros:Front facing, browsable album storage with a lot of room.Fairly easy to build. You can leave the legs off to make it shorter and it’s still stable in my use case.Cons:There is an emblem on the front section that can catch the records as you browse. It appears to be glued on and could probably be removed. My package had a lot of something similar to fiberglass inside so maybe wipe the pieces off outdoors. It started about halfway down as I unpacked the pieces and was not fun to have all over the place. It could use some kind of mat to put in the bottom of the bins to keep things from sliding around.I bought the maple colored version and it looks exactly like the pictures.

I don't usually lease reviews but...
I had filled my 9 cube bookcase and needed to get the overflow of new stuff out of the plastic milk crates. I like to build my own stuff when I have the time but started looking for ideas. There are only a few LP bin type front facing storage products - a couple were just too massively large to fit my room. After finding the Liam flip bin on the net, I landed back at Amazon for the absolute best price.Excited/apprehensive waiting but it arrived two days early. There's a lot of packaging engineering to get this to my home intact and undamaged. I marveled at all the shapes and sizes of rubbery styro pieces that really did their job. Too heavy to move the box so I opened it and moved piece by piece inside, tiny bit of foam pieces vacuumed off before hitting the "listening room." No damage at all - perfect. It took about one hour to assemble. I used wood glue for the dowels in both sides for strength. But a couple of pieces needed me to prefit before I glued them to determine which way around/which side up. Not complicated at all but I took my time. It went well. Like a new car, I keep looking in the room to check my new purchase. I am going to add an LED strip to light the lower sections and I am used a two-head LED piano light the clips to the back for the upper 3 sections. Most of the new albums are gatefold so the capacity of the top sections is limited to around 12 per side or 24 per level, the bottom sections won't hold 100 per side unless you pack older thinner LP in which case packing would defeat the ability to flip.Construction is MDF, heavy and solid with substantial melamine covering, not a grained paper, and it feels and looks quality all around. There's even a Crosly metal looking badge hidden inside, like you'd find on better cabinetry, shows that they are proud of their product - and it shows! So all in all I give this product an A++++ a lot from a very picky person. I am completely satisfied with this storage bin and looks tres kewl as well!!!edit August 2024 - - I just ordered another media bin to keep up with my vinyl buying.
