pls do not buy this product. makes no difference to your B12 defficient levels whatsoever. I had the product for close to 3 months thinking it will start making a difference now... i popped 5-6 tablets each time... but it made no difference whatsoever to the tingling sensation in my feet. it's a cheap product- both- money wise & quality wise.

It doesnt seem to be actually sublingual. There is a sandy after residue which is sandy , it doesnt quickly melt under tongue. The tablets I received on April 10, 2024 were manufactired in March 2023, and expiry is 24 months, that means I can use only till Feb end 2025, and nearly 40 tabs are wasted. I wont be buying from this brand again.
