A solid choice with many more PROS than CONS!
I was hesitant at first because these cameras will not integrate easily with Home Assistant. But the price and the local storage feature pushed me over the edge.It was a rocky start. I purchase two of these systems and got one set up, but the second doorbell wouldn't pair with the base station. After several hours of trying various approaches, I was unsuccessful. I'm an engineer and thought I'd be able to figure it out. No dice. So I returned the second system and purchased the add-on doorbell. Which paired perfectly within a few minutes. After a week of use, here are some pros and cons.PROS:- Easy setup and wifi integration- Fast streaming on wifi- Decent streaming speed over 4G- Reliable notifications of motion- Intuitive app with a lot of customization options- Decent local storage- Good video compression- Doorbell is great, adjustable volume- If you connect it to the doorbell wiring, it charges the battery AND rings your home doorbell (in addition to the base station doorbell chime). This is my favorite feature.- The mounting brackets are awesome and it includes an angled bracket. There is space behind to accommodate wire connections (if you connect to your home doorbell wiring), which is more than I can say for the Amcrest model (which was a total fail).- NO CLOUD SUBSCRIPTION for full features! This is a game changer. The system saves videos to the base station and uses what I assume is IP tunneling to help you access videos from outside your network.CONS- The video starts a little late after detecting motion, cutting off early video- The doorbell units are a little large/bulbous- Doorbell to base station reception isn't great. If you have more than about 25 feet between your two doorbells, get a second base station.- Voice/intercom quality isn't great- Upon connection, there is a 3-5 second "buffering" until the video plays. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning.Overall we're really happy so far with this doorbell camera, and will report back after a few months of ownership!UPDATE: Now that we've used this for nearly a year, I'm updating to 5 stars. The Wuuk customer service is super responsive and helpful. After a harsh new England winter, the front doorbell camera got a fogged up lens that couldn't be fixed with a blow dryer or putting it inside for a few days. Not entirely surprising because the camera doesn't have a little visor/shield to keep the snow, ice, rain from falling onto it. I sent an email to Wuuk and after going through some troubleshooting steps they decided to just send me a new one, for free! Works perfectly now, and I made a little clear visor to put on top and keep it away from the elements. Added a pic of my little contraption. The other camera is fine because it's under a little patio roof so it never gets wet or fogged up.

Love these cameras AND the company!
We've used the Wuuk cameras at two different houses and also have the add-on cameras. Wuuk cameras are great, have wonderful features, and work well with multiple phones. Sensitivity and type of movement can be selected for each camera, and add-ons are easy to install. In addition, NO monthly service is needed--the Wuuk cameras are already affordable! The SD cards (purchased separately) store plenty of videos. For some reason, our most recent camera became blurry. It was just after the year warranty had expired, but after chatting with Wuuk and taking pictures of our camera and the blurry view, Wuuk is replacing the camera anyway.

Excellent products and the best customer support!
After moving to a new home this year, I decided to invest in a security camera system to monitor the exterior and entrance areas of the house. After researching the many options, I decided to try WUUK products. I’m glad that I did.WUUK offers good products and absolutely superb customer service when problems arise. As opposed to other companies, there is no subscription required for full functionality of these devices. And WUUK’s customer service is probably the best I’ve experienced from any company in my long lifetime.I purchased their Smart Doorbell Pro camera and two outdoor cameras with solar panels. These connect to a base station, connected to home Internet, which communicates with the cameras and stores their event recordings. Apps for both iOS and Android work great, allowing me to view the cameras and event recordings, modify their settings, and receive event notifications. The doorbell even calls my phone when someone rings it, allowing me to communicate through the doorbell from wherever I am.The doorbell connected to my existing wiring, though I did need to purchase a special mount from DoorbellMount.com to accommodate the narrow spacing at my front door. This wired doorbell connection and the solar panels for the other cameras mean I don’t need to bring the cameras inside to charge. If you prefer to use the internal batteries, they do hold a charge for a long time before recharging is needed.Installation and setup was easy, even for a guy as handy-challenged as me, thanks to excellent manuals and the well-designed apps. It did take a bit of experimentation to position the hub for optimal connectivity, as my cameras are on opposite sides of my home. I did purchase a WiFi extender to assist with this placement, though the hub does offer a fully wireless option.Technology is never perfect, and I have experienced a few problems since installing the system. Every few months, one of the cameras will lose its network connection. I’ve fixed this by bringing the camera back inside and reconnecting it to the hub. Two of the cameras have been damaged by heavy winds and rain, and I’m looking into purchasing some sort of covers or shielding to prevent this in the future.WUUK has been amazingly great in responding to my support requests, acknowledging them immediately and then soon-after offering suggestions and even free product replacements when necessary. It’s not hyperbole to say this is exemplary customer service, and it really is the best I’ve ever experienced from any company.I’m generally very pleased with these products, and I am ecstatically satisfied with WUUK’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Give WUUK a try for good products, superb follow-up support, and an overall excellent video security solution.
