They actually work without adding unnecessary bulk inside my heals.

Perfect for my "unfortunately-shaped" feet ;-)
"Unfortunately-shaped feet" is a direct quote from my podiatrist, and they are a challenge when looking for shoes. And then I found the Pedag line of inserts. Like some others have said, you can't transfer these from one pair of shoes to another many times before the paper backing comes off the sticky part, but once you try them out, you're going to want to order a set for every pair of shoes anyway. I have metatarsalgia with predislocation syndrome (due to my foot shape) and had a stress fracture in one foot that never really healed, and it's difficult for me to find dress shoes to wear to work (I'm in my 30s and not ready to commit to gigantic orthopedic shoes quite yet). I have custom orthotics that I wear in my trainers, but they are way too big to fit in any of my dress shoes. I've tried other insoles, and I haven't been that impressed, but these were fantastic! They supported my foot in exactly the right place, and the ball of my foot didn't hurt at the end of the day like it usually does when I wear dress shoes (Caution: If you're not used to orthotics, your feet will probably be sore until they get used to them). I tested them out in two pairs of heels before I committed them to one pair, and they worked great in both. They provide enough cushion but aren't bulky enough to make your shoes too tight. The only thing is that there is no extra padding in the heel, so if that's one of your problem areas, you should probably look at one of the other styles that has a heel cushion (I have another Pedag insert that has heel padding, and it's awesome). For me, this was perfect, and I plan on ordering a pair for all of my dress shoes.

Great insoles to relieve pressure off the ball of your ...
Great insoles to relieve pressure off the ball of your foot. Since giving birth, I've had problem feet and been unable to wear heels without pain. This is the first time since that I've worn heels without dying by midday. The leather almost feels silky to the feet and my feet actually feel more comfortable in heels with these insoles than in flats without these insoles! If you're a pavement pounder like I am, you will appreciate how the pads absorb the shock from the balls of your feet. Thin enough to wear with pumps if there is a tad bit of room. I have pumps that fit my feet perfectly, so I can't put these on those. They tightened the shoe just enough to make the shoe hit my feet in the wrong places. Altough if I was patient enough to break in the shoe with these insoles, they would probably eventually feel ok. I also have the Pedag insoles that are just for the balls of your feet and these are for some reason much more comfy. Make sure you properly position them as the adhesive is very strong. There is almost no room for mistakes. I have a pair of shoes that are now too tight that have a different pair of Pedag insoles in them, they are impossible to remove! But then that's a good thing if you don't want your insoles sliding around in your shoes. I have size 6 insoles on a size 6.5 pair of boots right now and they work out perfectly.

High quality leather and foam
I think these are very good for arch support. But I won’t buy them a second time unless I have really tight shoes because they do not have any foam under the heel where you also need it.

Did not stay put
Long story short - my night was uncomfortable and my new shoes were wrecked.Do not waste your money.I read several reviews saying what a great product this was. I was so excited I ordered both the black and tan. I used the black ones as soon as I got them with a pair of brand new shoes I was waiting to wear. I removed adhesive backing and applied as instructed For the first few minutes they felt very good. Over the next 4 hours they made me so uncomfortable! The back of the pads slid around in my shoes. As they slid around they bunched up under the arch of my foot. I tried to remove them but because the insoles were partially stuck to the pad I couldn't without ripping the shoes up. When I got home and finally got the pads removed the lining of the shoes was destroyed. I now need to find another insert so I can wear the shoes.

Feels right / fits right
1)I bought them for my flats. Last year (after the summer season) I start feeling the pain in sole. I realized that the problem came because I was wearing the sandals and flats for a few months and all of them had the flat base. I am not sure if I already have the flatfoot, but I keep asking myself why I didn't buy them before. I thing those insole may help you to prevent the problem.2)They are slim and thin - good for use in high heels, pumps, open toes shoes, flats and sandals. You may feel them during the first wearing, but than they makes walking easier and less hard on your feet.3) I wear size 8.5 US and I got the size 8. I am not sure... but I think if I get the larger size (9 in my case), its gonna look a little bit to big for the sandals ( but material is very soft and thin, so you probably will be able to trim them easily from the top). But the size 8 fells right and fits well.4) They are Made in Germany!!! Not China, girls)))) It is telling me a lot!!!5) These are worth the money! Of course you can find something cheaper, but I'd rather pay ones and use the product for a long time.6) 5 stars from me!
