I purchased these 28 x 20 pastry mats for my kitchen as I do a lot of pie crusts, cookies, graham crackers, etc.. These are very substantial and good quality mats and larger than most. I have a large counter top area to work with and these mats make it a breeze to roll things out on. Clean up is fantastic and I am not sure how I lived without them before. Boy was I happy to have this on hand. I originally bought this for bread making but then my husband purchased a bread maker for me. I thought okay well I'll have this in case I need it one day. I had bought a bread machine recipe book and it had cinnamon rolls in it! I used my mat today for the first time and it did great and really helped me measure out rolling my dough and slicing. The mat really stayed in place on my counter and is truly great quality. Cleaning was easy. I plan on making pizza dough next! Very grateful and exited for all the future yummies I get to make with this mat helping me along the way. Thank you!

This is perfect to cover and protect my glass top stove. This is the 28'Lx20'W that fits great on my 19'X24'L stove top area. I needed to clear the controls on the right I couldn't be happier as this increases my work space without my years of worry about breaking the glass. Even though I bake bread weekly, I doubt I will ever use this for anything but the great protection for my stove top. I cook mainly with my Instant Pot so will rarely have to remove it to use the burners.

This is my third pastry mat, each from a different company. The first was fine, though I sliced it when foolishly using a knife to cut my pastry. The second was equally fine, though my daughter was in need of it and I let her keep it. So needing a new one for myself, I found this, and it beats both by a longshot. It stays put much better than the others, and the black makes it much easier to clean because I can see little bits of pastry much better than on the usual white ones. And it's a bit thicker, so it feels like a higher quality, though still super easy to roll up and put away.

I love this. Perfect size. It’s awkward to clean with how big it is but it’s not like I use it daily to get irritated with it. Quality is fantastic. Sticks well to the counter so it doesn’t move around when I’m rolling out dough. I highly recommend getting this. Oh, and it folds up to put on a drawer.
