I have a monthly subscription for this product and have it almost everyday. I add a bit of milk for an afternoon matcha latte. It is a little sweet, but made with only healthy ingredients. I’m not sure whether to think of this as more of a supplement, or protein like meal replacement, but in any case it is a delicious joyous part of my day.

I mix this up for my wife every morning and it gives her energy for the day!

It is good taste

I love a lot of Dr. Axe products. I switched from coffee to matcha for health benefits. This one has collagen and adaptogenic herbs plus Mct oil so it makes it easier to get all in one instead of separately buying and adding ingredients. Sweetened without sugar which is a plus. I add a tsp more of matcha powder to it for a stronger matcha taste. Still has less caffeine then coffee. Worth trying if you are a matcha fan

I'm not the type to write a negative review unless it's bad bad. So here I am, I wish this company would put in their main title. It has vanilla flavoring. I also didn't check the fine print but it also has stevia so I was taken aback. It tasted too sweet and gross at the same time. Disappointed. Was looking for unflavored.

Taste great with almond milk. It definitely is an energizer, for me I add more scoops to last me through out my morning.
