I purchased the machine in April. The Levo is incredibly easy to use and is appearance is clean and discrete enough, it blends in with other appliances well, so I leave it next to the coffee maker. The display is intuitive, but you do need to make sure that you hit start after hitting a selection. I also find cleaning to be easy. Its really just cleaning a metal magnet and a small metal magnet. The do have a new potency pod not available on amazon yet that I am looking forward to purchasing.NOW for the BAD. The plastic on the lid broke. I believe I saw another mention of that. It can happen. the test of the company is how they will resolve the issue. I have now completed the RMA process, a little cumbersome but they did send a UPS slip for the equipment and are sending me a new machine. Remember to keep the boxes and manuals for 1 year. Overall, I do like the machine.

very disappointed. lost half of my infused canna oil then i did another batch and checked everything. it seemed fine. went up stairs came back and the drain tub is dripping oil. stop it machine pulled the bowl out the machine put it back it was slow leaking so i put a measuring cup under it. cam back 30 minutes later the base of the machine was leaking the oil. so i lost almost half the price the machine cost in infused oil, and have a shiny counter top to show for it. i wanted to get the levo c and let my wife talking me into get the lux

great machine - used for infusing oils and it works great - must do the prep correctly other than that levo provides lots of teaching info. made a THC Nuclear cookie lol! along with gout fighting mixes for a friend pick a transport oil - then let garlic tumeric ginger do their thing - very solid construction.

Had my LEVO for a couple years now and I love it so much.

This machine greatly simplifies the infusion process! Worth every penny. I have only infused mct oil but the infusion was thorough. You need to pay attention to the quantity of whatever you are infusing, especially if you are using mct or coconut oil because the oil adds liquid to your gummy mix.
