Thick as Thieves: A Cherringham Cosy Mystery: 4 Paperback – 1 September 2020

This is the first book I've read in this series. I loved the realism of the characters the way the plot played out.

Good characters with a good story line. Not much more you can say except will be continuing to read about Jack and Sarah

I will be honest. I started this series and after the first book was a little hesitant. But after the second I was hooked. Once I delved into this book in the series I found myself falling in love with the characters. Finding strong ties with Jack....I love the atmosphere of his setting in a new found country. I couldn't be happier with this series. I am eager to finish the cozy mysteries, so that I can begin with the full novels that accompany these characters.

A little thin on the drama. Not the best book in the series, this was a lightweight novel with no real punch. A cosy wee holiday read or a for a wet Saturday afternoon. It was lacking depth the outcome was pretty self evident early in the story, but quite harmless.
