This does exactly what it says it does to the best of my knowledge! I have not forensically tested the water though! Relatively easy to install. The only issue I had was with the 3/8 to 1/2 conversion set. Had to buy a different flexi pipe as the set leaked very badly, even with PTFE tape etc, it just wouldn't seal properly. Much easier to get the proper pipe for your system. This said, all systems are different and the product itself is great. Fitted my second filter the other day and changed the originals filter, both without issue.

Hi bought this filter for under the sink, fitted it in 15 mins what a difference it made to the water now much better. We did have a problem with a leak around the filter cartridge but the customer service was second to none and it was replaced next day couldn't be more happy with the company and the taste of the water now definitely will be drinking more tap water now

Why did you choose this product over others?: Plumber installed the SW15 model for us. Flow is good - water tastes good too. A few hours later, it started the leak mentioned in far too many previous reviews. Very disappointing, especially as it’s clearly a ‘known’ issue… who has the time for this? Contacted Customer Services yesterday, they will send some part (do not know what this part will be). Will update any progress made here, for your continued insight if you’re still interested in this product. —Update— Customer services were SUPERB! Sent a ‘Replacement Housing Kit’ (i.e. the visible lower white filter part of the device) immediately with super fast delivery - very very impressive indeed. Replaced the part today with fantastic hope. Ran the water for 15 minutes to clear the residues in prep for daily usage. My heart sank, this was leaking too (in the exact same way from the exact same area)… couldn’t believe it! How is this possible. Checked everything once, twice, many many times hoping it was me and not the product as I REALLY liked the water taste and badly wanted this to work. The connection (excuse the pun) is over. It doesn’t work as it should and cannot take up any more of my precious time. It is such a shame that a great 5 star customer service team and response, is let down by a defective product offering. There is something more to this than a one-off/two-off issue. This is unsustainable and Frizzlife would be wise to correct the product fast before the unsustainability spreads to its bottom line if it hasn’t done so already. The upper management at Frizzlife need to start performing as effectively as their customer service team do and ensure products are first and foremost, fit for purpose, and delight their customers.

This product is well made. The water quality is better immediately following the recommended 15 minutes flush through. It's pretty straight forward to install. Although it reduces the cold water flow rate, I appreciate though that this is due to the water having to pass through the filter and the benefits far out way this small change. I will definitely recommend it.

Ich habe vor kurzem das Frizzlife SW20 Untertisch-Wasserfiltersystem installiert und bin äußerst zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung. Hier sind meine Erfahrungen: Installation Die Installation war überraschend einfach. Die Anleitung war klar und verständlich, sodass ich das System ohne professionelle Hilfe installieren konnte. Innerhalb von etwa 30 Minuten war alles bereit. Wasserqualität Die Wasserqualität hat sich seit der Installation erheblich verbessert. Das Wasser schmeckt frisch und rein, ohne den unangenehmen Chlor-Geschmack, den ich zuvor hatte. Ich habe auch bemerkt, dass das Wasser klarer ist und weniger Ablagerungen in Gläsern hinterlässt. Leistung Das System arbeitet leise und effizient. Es gibt keinen Druckverlust, und ich kann jederzeit problemlos Wasser zapfen. Die Filterwechsel sind einfach und ich schätze die lange Lebensdauer der Filter. Design Das kompakte Design des Systems ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Es nimmt nicht viel Platz unter der Spüle ein und sieht ordentlich aus. Auch die Verbindung zur Wasserleitung ist stabil und sicher. Fazit Insgesamt kann ich das Frizzlife SW20 Untertisch-Wasserfiltersystem jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf qualitativ hochwertiges Trinkwasser legt. Es bietet eine einfache Installation, hervorragende Wasserqualität und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und würde es jederzeit wieder wählen!
