Q: how to use the ground alpiste seed

I just mix a teaspoon full Ground Canary seed in a half cup of water and drink it, usually in the morning. Often I add a teaspoon of flax seed and a teaspoon of Salba white Chia seed as well for added benefit.

Q: What does it taste like in water?

Not a particular taste. It is really like powder diluted in water. In any case; you have to drink it fast so it is better not to taste it too much.

Q: It says on the back to refrigerate .. is it really necessary?

I honestly never did, I didn’t notice that haha, but it was good still, I keep the house in a very nice cool temperature. It worked great to me.
