These are simple, elegant shears that are easy to use, are sharp, and have no trouble cutting through skin as well as bone. I like that the blades can be separated for cleaning, yet never fall apart during the cutting process. Great quality at any price. I couldn't be more pleased. I bought a $25 pair of Japanese shears at the local hardware store but returned them when I found out they tend to rust. These Camillus game shears are made from titanium steel. I like the notch for bone cutting. I bought a scissors sharpener at the same time, but don't anticipate I will need it for these blades for quite a while yet. I like that there is no spring to replace. One headache less to worry about.

I use this almost exclusively for dressing squirrels. Snip, snip and pull:). Go to YouTube if you don’t get it. Overall this is a great game sheers, price aside. For the price they are outstanding. The most important part is the ability to break the sheers down for cleaning. They come apart and go back together super easy. The only reason for 4 stars is the case. It is a okay case, but could be nicer. Probably won’t last as long as the sheers, but for the price I really cannot complain.

This is my second pair. First pair is about five years old. I used them for kitchen shears and hunting. Only reason I replaced them is so I could add the old ones to my hunting bag full time. After several years of dishwasher abuse the camo started coming off the handles but other than that they’re still going strong. These have held up to serious use. From cutting squirrel legs to salmon fillets to my kids using them for school projects. I doubt I ever buy a different pair. They’re worth three times the price.

These shears are great for processing small game. They make quick work of rabbits and squirrels, and have a lot of applications beyond just small game. The sharp blades go through small bones and joints like they're nothing, and the two-piece design makes it a snap to take them apart and thoroughly clean the shears.

This is the 2nd pair of these scissors I have owned. Use them all the time in the kitchen. 1st pair lasted several years before the plastic handle failed. Felt like it it had served its purpose well enough that I bought another.

These are absolutely amazing shears! I have only used them for rabbits, but they cut through they're feet like butter. Really quick and clean cuts too. Cleaning and storage is easy, and I haven't had to sharpen them (probably won't have to for a long time).
