This creatine has the most correct form - monohydrate. High absorbtion level and really helps to increase performance in the gym. Increased stamina and energy during the intake. It is important to remember to increase the amount of water you drink while taking this supplement to avoid dehydration. Also, this supplement has reduced muscle pain after training. The only cons I found is the number of capsules. 4 capsules at a time for me turned out to be quite a lot considering that I also take other supplements. Otherwise, no complaints and a good price. I will buy again.

The tablets are completely fine, I saw good progress at the gym and didnt have any issue swallowing individual tablets. However the serving sizes are very misleading. EACH serving contains 3gs of creatine but require FOUR tablets. FOUR. That means for people like me who take around 5-7gs a day which is recommended for those who have more muscle mass, I have to take around 8-10 tablets each day. Not only does that mean the bottle gets finished far quicker than other creatine products around the same price, but having to swallow TEN tablets is not fun at all. I would not recommend due to the ridiculous number of tablets required for a somewhat normal creatine intake. UPDATE: Seller gave full refund due to my experience, very pleased with the customer service, thanks.

I believe these work a treat, only side effect is I was drinking more water meaning going toilet a little more often than usual

Sadly ordered a tub today and they expire end of December 2024 cannot consume 120 in less than a month.

These provide energy and strength for the day, so really useful before the gym. I have also noticed feeling healthier overall from taking them.

Straight away you can tell this is a really good quality product - from the packaging to the capsules themselves. Very easy to swallow. I've been taking creatine for a little while now and I'm starting to see results, with more energy during training. I would definitely recommend!

I used to use powdered creatine, but after using these, I can’t imagine going back. Very easy to measure the correct amount of creatine, no nasty powered after taste and good sized capsules My lifts have gone through the roof at the gym, and I’m feeling great!
