The media could not be loaded.  There’s some noise during operation but it’s to be expected. You may wear earplug and that should lessen the noise. Easy to assemble and use because the instruction is easy to understand. Once you turn on the nebulizer the mist comes out right away. No waiting. It seems to be effective in loosening the mucus. Breathe in from nose hold for a few minutes and breathe out to the mouth. I highly recommend this compressor nebulizer.

My husband uses this nebulizer twice a day. He just loves how quiet the machine is and no longer has to turn the volume up on the tv to hear the news before bed. It is easy to use. Just and on and off switch. It is plastic but seems to have some sturdiness to it. It’s a good value for the money.
