Warm under hot water if it doesn't pump. Don't microwave.
Just received product. Pumped and pumped, nothing came out so I held it under the hot water faucet for awhile. Then it started pumping! It was a little runny then, of course. But oh so soothing!

The pump stopped working after a few uses
The pump barely worked when I first opened the product, and then it completely stopped working after about 20 pumps. The product is otherwise okay. It has a very medicinal smell, but I don't mind it. It also stays sticky on the skin for a bit longer than other silicone scar gels I've tried.
