12A - Frosty Ash Blonde - beautiful
Updated because I learned how to use this properly. I am a red head, but going white as I age. I just figured I would beat age to the punch and get white hair now. I finally figured out how to bleach and tone properly, using the 12a toner. I love how it whitens up my hair. I tried other brands but this one is the one I will stay with. I'm sold!

Not permanent- out in 3 washes
The “permanent” toner took my yellow blonde to a beautiful pale white blonde, but it only lasted a week. After 3 washes, with mild shampoo, the toner washes out and back to the yellow shade of blonde. I have used both 10v and 20v with this product for the same 1-2 week lasting results. I love the color, just wish Wella could deliver lasting color.
