I must admit that I had reservations after reading reviews and the fact that my wall behind the tiles is a stud wall. The tiles are mounted onto plasterboard. But unable to find the wood battens for a screwed fixture left me with no choice but to try a suction method. The grab rail stuck to the tiles fine and I made sure that the second pad stuck to an adjacent tile. There has been no visible movement, cracking of gout or loss of suction despite a heavy tug. I appreciate that they aren’t designed for full body weight but from the tests I have used it is secure enough for steadying and a more firm grip on an emergency. It’s been up for over a week and no problems and I check it everyday to ensure my wife is safe. It’s given her a lot more confidence. Whether it is temporary and we are forced to have a complete wall re-tiled is under review.

Absolutely brilliant idea being able to see by the colour on the handle if they are securely attached, red for no and green for yes. Very sturdy and have been a practical solution for my Dad who has mobility issues. I just wish they could be used for every surface around the home as we need them elsewhere like in the garden or on painted walls. But never mind at least I know he is safe in the bathroom now. I would definitely recommend.

7 months old, cost £20, fell off the shower tiles from new in the first 6 weeks (not as bad as a £10 eBay job, that fell off daily). This one increasingly popped off the wall, makes quite a clatter in the shower bottom. Today found it in bits. Sharp eyes will note the corroded hinge pin, non stainless steel in a bathroom?? Also the pivot face is broken through. Poor quality. Also, thinking about it, poor design overall. Why the "suction indicators", silly red & green spots? If it's stuck to the tiles and firm it's fit. Unreliable stuff like this should not sold to the wet, aged or wobbly and I'm all three.

Bought a pair of these to help me mam to get in and out of the bath safely. The handles are large, seemingly well made and surprisingly very solid when in place. Virtually no movement at all when grabbed. The lever mechanism for attaching them to a surface is big and easy to use and the red/green indicators that show you that the suckers are firmly attached or not are a great idea and work well. Unfortunately 1 of the 4 suckers constantly comes loose after around 1 to 2 days which is a shame as the other 3 have not had to be adjusted at all. The indicator on the 1 that comes loose turns red to alert you to this which is the whole point and I never expected the suckers to remain solid for ever but I just feel that if the others can last as long as they do, why can't the fourth. I would recommend the product but like the title says "not perfect"

Bought to replace grip for mum coming in and out of shower. Handle not as thick as one replaced so she finds this easier to hold onto with her arthritis plus the handle has grip so not as slippy. Really easy to install and sturdy. Very easy to remove, unlock and ping the sucker by lifting the little flap, the red /green a great indicator to which tells you when to push down the levels on both sides

This bathroom suction is really good, better then another suction. It's really secure to the bathroom tiles and i like the way the colour change from Red to Green, which means red it's not suction to the wall probably and Green mean it is. I haven't tryed it on the wall so not sure if it the same, as i only wanted it to fix to the tiles in the bathroom. It good value for the money, gives you a good strong support.

Yes! great for toddlers going up and down toilet, very strong, recommended, esp as it's easy to see if loose (red) or secure (green). Go with these as they are really strong and you can be sure. Also bonus is they're easy to take with you for travels. Great gifts for elderly too.

Installato facilmente da qualche giorno e devo dire che per il momento sono molto soddisfatto. Al momento tiene perfettamente su piastrella liscia, il segnalatore colorato dovrebbe risultare utile in caso di minor tenuta (immagino che alla lunga sia da staccare e riposizionare). Per il momento ottima soluzione rispetto a un sostegno fisso sia perchè non devi fare buchi alle pareti sia perchè all'occorrenza puoi riposizionarlo dove ritieni più opportuno.
