Compared to other melatonin gummies I’ve tried, these are a great price and noticeably more effective. With others, I tend to wake up after a few hours, but with this one I actually sleep through the night. They work well and taste good. Good product overall.

I take one of these maybe 3x per week. I usually take one before bed, and read for 15 minutes as it kicks in. It absolutely helps me fall asleep and sleep more deeply, and I wake up normally and not groggy. Very happy with these - effective and not too strong or too weak.

These are sp good tasting! They work well if you relax and allow yourself to get to sleep. However I did still wake up and feel restless as if I couldn't go back to bed. Thats my experience though. I didn't feel any side effects like grogginess or anything like that. I don't think they're too strong that you couldn't give them to a child. But they're good and effective but just make sure you're staying asleep and not being disrupted.

Puts me to sleep quick. And the dreams that melatonin gives you are sometimes very crazy. 🙂
