Recommended by my home therapist For use any time of day. Convenient to store however it came with no instructions on how to use the exercise ball for various purposes or what to do with the long strap or where to attach it.

I bought this because I recently started a new job working from home sitting most of the day. It is really nice and compact! I keep in under my desk and use it while I type. The only complaint I have is that it slips and slides some and you need to readjust it. This can be solved with purchasing something for grip but it shouldn’t be necessary. It was very easy to put together though and I think it is still worth it!

Like most reviews it does move. My 91 yr old Mom's feet kept coming out of the straps. Hard for her to get back in. The pedal is as tight as I could get it and it still flips around. Very easy to put together. Pretty self explanatory on how to put together

I am a stroke survivor and when I was in rehab, after 2 months of hospitalization, I saw a mini bike like this and asked my therapist if maybe I could try it out. She said that I was not ready to do that yet. Well after 5 years of working with a personal trainer, pool therapy and living life I still had this mini bike on my mind. So we ordered and received it in February 2020. If you had a stroke then you know that how far you get is kind of up to you and if your inner voice is saying “this may be helpful” you should listen. My deficit is on my left side hand and arm and leg. With this I can target my arm and hand and use both sides of my body and connect my brain to my limbs. Mostly because it is fun, I use it. I have it attached to an old heavy 50s diner table with the strap it comes with and a motorcycle tie down. Didn’t like it on the floor too much and it has a rubber smell for a few weeks but that is not a big deal. I recommend this. Small and compact, easy to use and can be placed easily on the floor (leg exercises) or a table (for use for arm exercises).

I purchase it for my mom . She's working at desk from her house so i wanted her to stay in good health even when she's working . This perfect for People who have the same work. I and she recommend !

Once it is together works very well however, I would suggest a small rubber mat for underneath so it does not move around.
