They work!
These have worked out phenomenally. I have a leg discrepancy and this product was recommended by my physical therapist. Truly life changing for me! Great quality and easy to apply.

A great value
I broke my hip and lost 3/4” of height after surgery. The lifts are fantastic because they can be stacked as high or low as you need. They’re very comfortable and ease the pain in my hips. They are a great value for the price.

These are great!
A chiropractor years ago told me I needed a small lift in one shoe (which I did for awhile and then quit). Because of recent back problems, I decided to try a lift again. I found these and have started putting them in any shoes I wear. They come in 4 pieces that can be taken apart, each with adhesive backing. Since I only need a minimal lift, I use the 4 pieces separately. 3 of the 4 are clear, which is absolutely wonderful for my summer sandals! I’ve ordered these twice and am about to order them again - and I’m sure that won’t be the last time!!

Good product
I love these. I have bad knees and hips. One of legs is slightly shorter and I bought these to even it out a little, and ended up using them in both shoes. Also extends the life of the shoe for cushioning.

Can't stack the layers
Do not buy this if you are looking to stack the layers. I needed approximately 1/2 to 5/8 inch lift after total knee replacement. When you stack these, all of the lift is at the very back. Your heel will then slide forward & you end up with almost no lift at all.
