Q: is this certified kosher?

Doesn’t say on the bottle so I would imagine not. I eat biblically clean and it’s hard to afford Kosher.

No. Does not contain fungi. Read the label thoroughly, slowly to get the full ingredients and understanding of the product.

Q: how long is it good for once opened?

It can be stored with the lid on at room temperature and has a minimum shelf life of one year. Note that as a 100% natural product, settling or floating may occur in the bottle. This does not impact product quality. Simply shake gently before use.
