A Must Have For Any Handyman. Very Useful.
This tool is so useful. It's my go to crescent wrench for light duty work. Gets into tight places. Good quality. But it's not designed for abuse. It's a delicate tool that will likely break easily if you apply too much force. I believe the instructions stated this as well when I got the tool a couple years ago. Kind of common sense when you look at it.

Worked for M&P Compact 22 Thread Protector...
A common issue with S&W M&P Compact 22 with threaded barrel is that the thread protector is all most impossible to remove. I found this to be true. S&W usually sends a wrench for this with the pistol but mine came without the wrench. The flats for the wrench on the thread protector are very narrow so I tried to remove the thread protector with a stamped wrench I had laying around. It bent. So I emailed S&W and they happily sent me one of their wrenches. With only minimal pressure one of the ears snapped off on the wrench. So I spend some time looking for a sturdy thin wrench and came upon this Channellock 806SW Xtra Slim Jaw 6-Inch Adjustable Wrench. It being a Channellock product, which I have always had a lot confidence in, I decided to order it even though it was a little expensive. Initially it did not work because the jaws were still to thick to fit into slots for the flats. After a bit of filing on the jaws, I got them to fit into the slots and I was able to break loose the thread protector. Very sturdy adjustable wrench and worth the price.

All Size cone wrench for bikes
I have seen questions about the use of this as a cone wrench for bike wrenching. I have used this on multiple bicycles and it works well as a cone wrench. The wrench does have some play to it and is not a precision manufactured tool, however, it will do the trick for a wide array of sizes. I did not want to buy and store a full set of cone wrenches that I will use once or twice per year, so I went with this to save space and money. While it could be built better, it did what I needed quite well.

Great pocket sensor tweaker.
Perfect for my roll as an industrial electrician. Light, very pocketable, and the slim edge allows you to get to very thin bolts on sensors and such.

Premium price but well made.
Very smooth action and the top and bottom jaw line up perfectly. Smooth feel similarin to my old made in the USA Crescent. Still doesn't have it beat though. My Crescent is buttery smooth. Sadly they are made in China now. Quality shows it to.

Perfect for bicycle cone nuts, especially BMX bikes.
I rebuild donated bikes for an orphanage in Mexico (Shameless plug, NinosDeBaja.org), and while most of them require a 13mm or 15mm cone wrench, sometimes I get BMX bikes that have a larger axle and a larger cone nut. I bought a 17/19mm wrench, but it was not big enough. I did not know the exact size and didn't want to spend the money for a full set of wrenches from 20 to 24 mm, so I got this. Worked perfectly on the first BMX bike I used it on. It looks like it will be plenty sturdy for this application, and will work for all cones up to about 22 or 23 mm.
