miracle gel
This gel was recommended to me by a friend. It is brilliant stuff. worked for me first time i tried it. Originally bought it after dislocating my knee it worked for me better than ibuprofen gels. Have also applied it to a sore back after gardening. Worked there too. Not a massively big tube but you only need a small amount. I have recommended it to friends as well Brilliant stuff.
