Yet to fully test the battery life, however holding up so far

The laptop begging to have problems this year 2024 and I contacted the seller and I was directed to send video of the problem which I did. I was directed to send the laptop back with the return postage sent to me and done now. I need to know the situation of things with the laptop because it is my work station. Thank you.

First laptop was received with a faulty battery. A replacement laptop was sent the next working day, which would not update to Windows 11 as the laptop had not be defaulted to secure mode. After endless emails and calls all morning, I managed to speak to an on-site engineer who remotely accessed the laptop and overrides the BIOS setting and downloaded the the update. I was very disappointed and lost a lot of time trying to sort out a problem that should not have been there in the first place!

1. Laptop looks like on Amazon page2. When it arrived it welcomed me ok, after second switch on it welcomed me with blue screen…3. Customer service was very quick to send me instructions and pendrive to re install windows4. It went ok, but since this was a gift I would prefer if it just worked… (or didn’t work the first time I opened it and checked, because… second time I turned it on was when I was handing it as a gift, so rather miserable experience)Laptop is ok, it is in use a week now without issues.

Bought this laptop at the beginning of the year and after 6 months of use, the keyboard letters are coming off and some are smeared. Very disappointed.

Not charging and camera stopped working.

The laptop is good inside, but the outside does not fully match the description, there are defects noticeable even from 1 meter -> although the description says that you will not see them at a distance of 30 centimeters.But in general the laptop is good!
