Introduction to Quality Control

I'm currently writing a research paper on quality control. I was unable to locate at my local public library or university library. Therefore, I searched for it on Amazon. It is a great book to get me started.

This book is all you will need to learn as an introduction to Quality Control based upon analysis (not the hope we sometimes may see). The book starts out as a tutorial of the tools that are used to help ascertain the quality. I used the book as research material for Total Quaulity Management for Project Managers. Takes some time to read - but well worth the effort.
