Good organizer for the gym
It me a long time to find a workout book that would work for me. It's well organized easy to carry around at the gym and log what I doing. My family all likes theirs as well.

Perfect!
Everything is perfect in this workout log journal. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and it always give me motivation to write down my progress. Plus the pink is cute too! Next I’ll purchase the teal one :)!

Worth the money
My gym offers one for double the price, so I was very pleased when I found this. It’s small so fits in my gym bag perfectly. I use it every night I go to the gym, & keep record of what I do that night. It’s been very nice to look back and see my progress! Definitely recommend!

Great For Beginners
The workout journal I have been using is perfect for beginners. It comes with a tracker for every day you workout, which is amazing. I used to have a personal trainer for a couple of months and I documented everything in this book. Now, I'm able to workout on my own. However, I wish it had an additional progress tracker page and 11 more results pages as I monitor my progress every month

Sleek, easy to use
I love the layout for entering reps and weight - so much clearer than when I was tracking in my own notebook. Pages are undated, so you can fill in as you go. Room for both cardio and strength training. Weight change can be tracked at the top of the page, and workouts can be named so they are easy to find later.

You can write your workouts in details
I love how I can see my progress as I love how it has enough space to write down a couple of workouts for weight training and it gives you a section for your cardio
