Good organizer for the gym
It me a long time to find a workout book that would work for me. It's well organized easy to carry around at the gym and log what I doing. My family all likes theirs as well.

Worth the money
My gym offers one for double the price, so I was very pleased when I found this. It’s small so fits in my gym bag perfectly. I use it every night I go to the gym, & keep record of what I do that night. It’s been very nice to look back and see my progress! Definitely recommend!

Exercise log
Love this spiral bind exercise log. Very convenient to carry, fits in tote bag. Very nicely formatted, easy to read and fill out. Also love the turquoise color. I will buy again.

Perfect!
Everything is perfect in this workout log journal. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and it always give me motivation to write down my progress. Plus the pink is cute too! Next I’ll purchase the teal one :)!

Great way to note your progress
I've used note books and other logs to track my workouts, but this book keeps me on track. My weekly reps and amount of weight lifted is organized. I reflect back to my previous workout and know what amount of weight I can start lifting that day. I can track my strength building and note my weight as it decreases. Great resource!

Sleek, easy to use
I love the layout for entering reps and weight - so much clearer than when I was tracking in my own notebook. Pages are undated, so you can fill in as you go. Room for both cardio and strength training. Weight change can be tracked at the top of the page, and workouts can be named so they are easy to find later.

Easy to use for beginners
