After experimenting with a couple of other brands, I found that the Secure brand works best! Strips for lower dentures, while the paste works best for upper. One big thing I have done that has made using the strips far easier and less messy...........I now CUT THEM IN HALF BEFORE PEELING COVER OFF, LENGTHWISE! Basically doubles what I have.I found using an entire strip led to glops of the adhesive seeping out from underneath the dentures. With a half strip, I still have the same great hold but far less waste and glop! The half strips are just easier to fit into the denture as well. Plus, these are expensive for someone on disability pay, so I need them to work and last. The strips remind me of a thick piece of chewing gum, but they really work well.The fact that they are far safer to ingest.....NO ZINC............is a huge draw as well. I don't care how careful you are, you will ingest a small amount of the denture paste while you eat and or drink. I have learned that hot liquids will loosen ANY brand so I wait until after my morning coffee to put my teeth in. For me this is no biggie waiting.As far as taking them out at the end of the day, it has been a learning curve for me. They stick and I mean stick! The upper dentures need to be rocked a bit to get them to loosen. That may be from using more than I need, but for me I like to make sure they stay put.Also, there will still be residual paste/glue/glop, whatever you prefer to call it............after removing both upper and lower. I run warm water to get it off, but if you soak dentures overnight you can easily remove any of this as it turns into a loose gel. I take a q tip and wipe it off easily.There are times that I will have the same happen to the roof of my mouth. I rinse with very warm water and it comes out naturally. I just spit it into the trash or wipe with paper towel.This all may seem a bit much, but for me it is all worth it. Especially with this product being zinc free. I have not had any problems with paste leaking out of uppers. No matter what you choose, it is almost impossible to stop all leaking, but at least with the secure brand, you have a healthier and safer option.Cut those strips in half!!!!!! Save money!!!!!!!

These are amazing !! I am so happy with this product . I just started wearing lower dentures and have used a couple different products while healing . Today I used these and had my first fried chicken in months . AMAZING .no food got under or around . No slipping around . These are a game changer . worth every cent !! Still holding tight after eating and drinking . Had lemonade at lunch , and now evening coffee . 7 hours since I put these on and it is still tight.

So first off I want to say I’m new to the denture game. After trying all kinds of adhesives I found Secure denture adhesive is by far the best adhesive on the market. So, I decided to try these strips and see how they fair on my lowers. I might be doing something wrong because the instructions are rather vague. The shape of the strips are nothing like the shape of my denture and there’s no way to cut it to make it work unless I chop it up in pieces, but I don’t think that would be right. My denture is more shaped like a U and these more like a V. The strips are not sticky in the least and won’t adhere to the denture at all. I put a strip in my mouth and pressed and held it to my gums and even the roof of my mouth… nothing. Folded one over and squished it together and it barely stuck to itself. These strips are also expensive $9 for 15 so for a month it’ll be $18 but the denture cream is only $8. I also sprinkle some super poligrip powder on top of the secure adhesive to give it extra grip. The dentist completely jacked up my lowers and my lower gums so I have to do this.For the price of these strips, they should be made bigger to accommodate any shape denture then trim the excess. But like I said originally I might be doing it all wrong.

My Personal Review, the Strips do Work Great, and the Best Holding Power I've ever used compared to other Products,, However the Strips are making my Gums very Sore in a couple places, and taking Weeks to Heal..I prefer the Secure Cream in the Tube Verses the Strips..So it's Trial and error if you have Sensitive Gums like I do..My Next order will be Secure Cream for Sensitive Gums..!

Work well,but I had to do a lot of trimming

I just got them, they definitely don't shrink like seabond, they don't need glue, they have a lot of power, they have there own glue, I am surprised I ran to some reviews using glue with these strips, they don't need any glue, the glue I believe would make less effective and that's why those people have a negative reviews, very unfortunate they using them the wrong way and blaming it on these amazing strips, I install them it's been few hours and it feels very natural just like my own gums, this very genius stripes, I am really happy that I ordered those, I been using the wrong product, seabond is the worst product I feel, they dry out in half an hour, I spent hundreds of dollars on seabond and it's in the past, now this a new discovery, I really feel that way because it's hard to believe there's such a miracle strips, secure is the right name and they are secured, I definitely give this all the stars plus, I love them and I I do have my own business making all homemade cosmetics and I am extreme observant, I definitely recommend this product to my love ones and any one that need this types of products, thanks!
