This is my favorite of the Vit supplements I have tried from Dr Livingood. I will order again and keep taking . I sleep better, I haven’t been sick when everyone around me has been? And notice my hair seems to not have as much breakage.I’ve also tried the Vit B3 and the Magnesium and still this has been my favorite and works best for me.

These things have given me the most vivid dreams! I've been pretty healthy on these and not as susceptible to illnesses. If I get something it usually does not last more than a day or so. These have been really good. I've taken a lot of vitamins but these seem to be of good quality.
