It's still difficult to get perfect rolls and it will still require practice to use but easier than using only the mat. I wanted a simple round roll and this kit is overkill but it's ok.

Purchased for my daughter's birthday and another for a gift. Very nice set for the price and we'll made.

This was easy to use. The small square shape is the best one as it is one bite and done. The heart and other shapes are big and hard to pop in your mouth. It is nice to have but after every 2-3 rolls it needs to be cleaned or it starts to stick and the sushi won't come out. When you cut it, the sticky rice gets exposed and gums everything up. Hard to clean as the slicing part holds onto the rice.

This was not what I expected. It is complicated to use. I'll stick with rolling my rolls without all the special tools. Definitely not for the average person.

The big molds are great! I enjoy using them and making tons of different recipes. However, the smaller mold is difficult to use. I'm having a hard time keeping the sushi whole when I try to get it out of the mold. I've watched the video but am convinced I'm doing it wrong. The bigger molds are easier for this beginner, for sure!
