Ok I was massively influenced to buy this thanks to TikTok ;) and I’ve only been using it a week or two so yet to be able to report on any progress workout wise but so far my thoughts are:Pros:LightweightCan remove or add links to adjust sizeNice coloursFeels good qualityHandy counter to keep track of time, repetitions etcQuieter than previous modelCons:Hard inflexible plastic means it can dig in at timesTakes a fair bit of practice to get the right movement to keep the ball moving, there is A LOT of stop starting at firstThe plastic as mentioned is hard and inflexible meaning it’s harder to add and remove the links, it also limits what number you can have as it won’t join into a circle with some removedIt is quieter but don’t be fooled that it means it’s not still noisy, the previous model was just even louder.Overall once you get the hang of this and have the right clothing on it is super fun and you can really work up a sweat only doing 15mins a day.

Amazing product it is quite and it is enjoyable to used it only one down thing is watch stop/timer/calories counting doesn't work with is disappointing 😕 other than that it great.

i love this product as ive bought maybe 5 weighted hula hoops, and they're all bad quality however this one is the one! very quiet and nobody notices I'm doing it, so its less embarrassing and more convenient if I would like to watch a show or listen to music while doing so. very good and comes with a sweatband.

my waist is around 28-30 inches, and I have a fairly flat stomach. I want to get fitter, so I though of trying this because I’m not great at exercise, but the hoop is completely circular, and I’m not, so it doesn’t stay in place as it should, and it can’t go small enough, so it bounces on my hips and slips and looses momentum, and then the weight will hit me in the legs…. I’m not sure what to do…not to mention that the counter system also doesnt work at all, it just doesnt count?

I lost a lot of weight last year by using a weighted hula hoop, then I fell pregnant and had to stop. A few months after the birth of my son I decided to get back into it but he HATED the noise of my old hula hoop (which, in fairness, so did I). I decided to replace my noisy hoop with this smart one and it’s so much quieter, it doesn’t hurt little ears! I love the calorie counter and timer, it’s so easy to track what I’ve done. It’s very well built and very easy to adjust and remove.
