This has been fun for everyone so far. The o ly complaints I have is it is SO LOUD!!! There's no volume adjustment. So we taped over the speaker to help that and it is still loud.The claw machine works well and can move in all directions simple to use, fun to do. It does become addicting.

SO, THIS TIME MY HUSBAND TOOK THE WHOLE TOP PART OF, HAD TO FIX THE WIRES BY HAND, AND FIGURED OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS!!, AND IT'S LIKE ON ALL OF THIS SAME PRODUCT!. ITS NOT BY CHANCE!! SO, BE CAREFUL AND WATCH FOR THE WIRE,, IT MESSES UP ONE OF THE HANDLES TO MOVE THE CRANE!!, YOULL SEE IF U ORDER ONE!!, I WILL NOT ORDER A 3RD, I'LL ORDER FROM A DIFFERENT CO. NEXT TIME!

Bought this for my niece for her birthday. She LOVES it, but it is REALLY LOUD. Drives her parents crazy lol but it does work really well. no issues picking up small candies or things like tiny peppa pigs, my little ponys, etc.

Has to be really light and round toys.

This toy is so loud and there is no way to adjust the volume.

It’s what my grandbaby wanted for her birthday, it’s cute but loud(no volume control) Whatever you decide to put in it make sure it’s light, the claw struggles to hold onto heavier items. We tried the bag of tootsie roll mixture that you put in piñata’s, it didn’t work out to well.

So I bought this as an alternative to a candy dish thinking it'd be a fun way to get treats with a little added challenge. Problem is, it's not very user friendly. There's no easy way to open the machine to insert treats (only a small hole at the top to drop them down from) and it can't fit a lot in there without jamming up the claw.The other thing is, the claw itself is TERRIBLE. It can barely pick up anything, let alone anything with a little weight. I did a number of tests on some Hershey's Kisses and had to keep removing them until there were only like 4 or 5 in there before it was able to pick one up.The controls are wonky too and the claw screeches every time it moves.The music is loud and there's no real way to turn it down. Also the coins keep getting stuck so I have to jostle the entire machine to get it to work.There only thing keeping me from rating this any lower is that, when all the right conditions are met, it's kind of fun to use and actually see a prize drop down. It's also cute as a decoration and a conversation starter. But boy is it finicky.

Great for claw machine obsessed kiddos. But note that the volume cannot be adjusted and the song plays for the entirety of use. Fillable and plastic coins, so no cost and endless play. My boys love it!
