These lights are working great 👍Sturdy aluminum looks like they'll last a long time. Nice and bright, I have them pointing up into trees. One does the job for each tree. Nice that the wires can be hooked to positive or negative 12v DC so I don't have to figure that out. Don't need the expensive thick landscape wire. The thinner 16ga can power lots of these on a string.

Is been couple years now that I wanted to add some kind of light to my home. Every year the house looks great with the Christmas lights, but once I take them down , literally it just looks sad. So finally, soon after the holidays when ahead bought this lights, low voltage power supply, 100ft of wire(16), connectors, silicon, soldering gun, few hours of installation, and my house looks awesome from the road, it really accents the columns in my particular home architecture style, just beautiful. I don't know why I didnt do this before. Will buy more lights to place in other parts of the yard that need some shine.Posted two pictures of the house because non of them can really portrait the real picture(phone camera settings), one is too dark, and one is way too bright which is not ok either. But it is neither, I want to say it is perfect!!! ..is a very soft light.For installation there is tones of DYI videos, is not easy , but neither impossible.3rd picture note:The wires size from the lamp are very small(20-22 gauge).I soldered 18-gauge wire(speaker wire) to the light's small wires.Then used the connectors to connect the 18-gauge wire, to the main wire(16-gauge).It was easier like this than connecting the tiny light's wires(20-22), to the main wire(16-gauge).Update: July 2024, after 5 years of continuously working, 2 of the 5 lights have died, I assume the rest will soon. Buying some more now.

I had purchased a set of these about 3 years ago along with another type. The other type has lenses that turned green from UV exposure but these DID NOT! I replaced my greenish off-brands because these stay clear, put off a nice warm light, don’t turn green, and are easy to install and move. Very satisfied with this light, the cost, and ease of use. Thank you for making our yard look beautiful at night!

Great quality great lights

When I received the package one of the six lights was defective. Contacted the seller and they didn't have an extra light to replace the defective one. Had to return all of them to Amazon and receive another 6-pack. Lights are good but receiving a defective light and seller not being able to send me a replacement made me rate it 4 out of 5. Have been using them only for a few days and they seem fine but don't know how they survive the elements. So far so good!

These are outstanding. About 1.5 times as bright as my original 20 watt Halogen G4 housings, which is BRIGHT. Color is a nice white. Not quite as warm as my original bulbs, but definitely not "cool" color by any means. One thing you need to understand if you are going to be using these in your garden or around your yard is that they do not come with any sort of connector on the end. Just two bare wires that you have to connect to your main 12v wire. Amazon offers a recommended splicing connector to this product, but I prefer to use quick connectors. If you do a Google search for "Paradise Underground Clip Connector", you will find them for $1.77. These are awesome connectors, but they do require you to solder them. If you are going to go that route, I would recommend also ordering some waterproof heat shrink tubing. What an amazing piece of kit. I got a quote for some landscape lighting where each light was almost 40Dollars not including install. In a chance I decided to give these led lights a chance and immediately ordered 4 more sets.I hooked them up to a transformer I bought and within a few minutes I was positioning these lights around the property.The stakes it come with are metal (aluminum) so they don’t break easy and sink right into this Carolina clay. After staking you can still adjust the lights which is awesome because you can get just the angle your looking for without pulling out the stake.I’d say the lights are bright enough that angled correctly gives your house and yard a very high end feel. I maintain my own landscaping and I frequently get comments all the time about the lights by people who didn’t realize that their backyards can be fun and inviting even at night with the right lights.

I like these so much I've ordered an additional set - the wattage being so low I can easily run all of them off the same transformer. They're simple construction, but look robust and well made. Colour temperature is a warm, and brightness level I found perfect middleground – bright enough to do the highlighting nicely, but not too bright – I wanted a warm welcoming highlighter, not klieg lights. The leads end in bare soldered tips (which, since I wasn't soldering, I found too short – I stripped a bit more insulation.) Package contained about 20 crimp connectors (you can use regular pliers) which I found I much preferred to my intended route of Marette connnectors, and a thoughtful small, but ample roll of electrical tape. Nice touch. Don't be shocked at how compact the box. I thought Amazon had goofed. Nope, just well packed.

Works as described and great that they come with the wire connectors.

I have 10 of these in my yard. Have been using them every night on a timer for just over a year now. They're great! And not just for the price!

I bought set of 6 of these lights not long ago paid approx $60 but now price is went up more than 30% (currently over $90) which makes them too expensive. Earlier price point was good value but not anymore.

First , I bought this set of 6 warm white outdoor led lights based on reviews , one buyer said perhap's more rugged than the competitor's qty-8 , I assumed he was talking about the mounting bracket because the Led head looks identicle in Amazon pics . The bracket is not nearly as sturdy as the head itself , and also I agree with other purchasers who said awkward to get the phillips head screw to mount the unit in or out with-out taking one of the 2 side screws on head out . Bad design there . Especially bad since I installed 4 of them today in the snow , one wrong move on the ladder with cold fingers and parts are gone .They were a direct replacement for qty-4 25 year old moonray fixture's , yes I wired to original A.C Moonray power transformer , I took pains as a retired Electrician and do not want to fiddle with them again . I used a oxidation-prevention paste in the joints I made with the supplied connectors using a real crimper tool then pushed the wires and connectors back through a 5/8" inch hole in the new fascia . Here is the big Concern ...I had an F.M . radio playing the entire day while outside , it was fine until I turned the new Led lights on , now there is a loud noticeable loud 60 hz. frequency hum playing on the radio's outside speakers . The sound kill's the music , much louder ! That's the same location as original lights and radio which never had any noticeable buzz/hum for 15 years . The supplied manual said there is no polarity concern's , any wire to any supply wire as long as all units are in parallel . What to do now ? If I had known this I would not have made this purchase .
